Jessica is NASM certified and currently trains professionally at Equinox

Fitness proved to be a natural extension of Jessica’s passion for dance. While searching for exercises to improve her strength and stamina, two vital elements of a high-level dance career, she developed an enthusiasm for multiple methods of cross training. 

Jessica focuses on establishing a deeper connection to the body using correct form and proper technique to improve physical performance. Her specialties include functional mobility training, injury prevention, high intensity interval training, barre & sculpting classes, as well as strength conditioning.

She works with people of all ages and fitness levels in class sizes ranging from personal training to large groups.
